The brief
Innovatiq Architects is a multidisciplinary studio founded in 2018, working across high-rise residential, commercial, private homes and interiors from Gandhinagar. An architecture portfolio is judged on its imagery, so the site had to carry large photography without the wait that usually comes with it.
What was in the way

The build
What we built
A portfolio organised the way the studio talks about its work: architecture, interior and landscape, with projects grouped as residential, workplace, objects and landscape.
The home page leads with a single project in focus rather than a grid, so a visitor sees one building properly before choosing where to go next.

How it is built
A React front end served by nginx. It scores 100 for best practices and 99 for accessibility, with largest contentful paint at 1.6 seconds and zero total blocking time — on a page whose main content is full-bleed architectural photography, which is the hard case for both.
