Web development work

Sites and platforms we have built for businesses, with the numbers that came after launch.

TODO-COPY. Every project on this page is a site we designed, built and shipped, and every number attached to one carries the tool it came from and the date it was measured. That is a deliberate choice. Most agency portfolios show a screenshot and a percentage with nothing behind it; we would rather show fewer projects and stand behind each of them.

TODO-COPY. The work here runs from marketing sites that had to load fast on a mid-range Android phone in a tier-two city, to internal platforms where the real problem was that staff were keeping two systems in sync by hand. What they have in common is that the brief was a business outcome rather than a page count — cut the time it takes to plan a route, stop losing customers at the shipping step, get listings live the same day an agent adds them.

TODO-COPY. We build on Next.js and TypeScript, deploy on Vercel, and keep the content in a CMS the client can actually operate without calling us. That last part matters more than the framework choice: a site nobody can update is a site that goes stale within a quarter, and a stale site stops ranking. Where a project needed something else — a Python service for scoring, a queue for a nightly job — we used it and said so in the case study rather than pretending everything is one stack.

TODO-COPY. Performance is not a phase at the end. The budgets are set before the first component is written and enforced in CI, so a build that gets slower does not merge. That is why the Lighthouse numbers on these projects are in the nineties rather than the sixties, and why they stay there after the client has been adding content for six months.

TODO-COPY. If you have a project that would fit here, tell us the outcome you need rather than the pages you want, and we will come back with a technical approach within a day.
